• • AI Visibility Scan inputs. The community names and cities you enter to run a scan.
• • Lead and contact details. Your name, email, and phone number when you submit one of our forms.
• • Onboarding content. Community details and the photos or video you upload when building your brochure.

How we use it

• • To deliver your AI Visibility Scan and show you the results.
• • To build and publish your interactive brochure.
• • To contact you about your scan, your brochure, and your account.

We don’t use your information for anything you didn’t come here to do.

Service providers we use

We rely on a small set of trusted companies to run the service. They only process your data to do their job for us:

• • Vercel — website hosting.
• • Google Gemini — powers the AI Visibility Scan.
• • Stripe — processes payments.
• • Resend — sends our email.
• • Airtable — our customer relationship records (CRM).
• • Vercel Blob — stores the photos and video you upload.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for anyone else’s advertising.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold, correct it, or delete it. Just email admin@seniorliving.expertand we’ll take care of it.

California & Texas residents

If you live in California (CCPA) or Texas (TDPSA), you have the rights described above plus the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We also honor your request to opt out of the processing of sensitive personal data. To make any of these requests, email admin@seniorliving.expert.

Cookies & analytics

We use a minimal set of cookies and basic analytics to keep the site working and understand which pages are useful. We don’t use them to build advertising profiles about you.

Children’s data

This service is for senior-living operators and the families who help them. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
