Terms of Service
Effective June 22, 2026
These terms govern your use of Senior Living Tours. By using the site, running a scan, or buying a brochure, you agree to them. We’ve kept them in plain English.
The service
For a one-time $250 payment, we build and publish an interactive 360° brochure for your senior community — coded so AI engines and families can find and describe it accurately. It’s a one-time purchase: no subscription, no monthly fee, and the published brochure is yours.
The 72-hour guarantee & refund
If we do not publish your interactive brochure within 72 hours of receiving your room photos/video and required details, you may request a full refund of the $250 within 14 days, issued to your original payment method. To request it, email admin@seniorliving.expert.
Photo & content ownership
You represent you own or are authorized to publish all photos and information you submit, and you agree to indemnify Senior Living Tours against claims arising from content you provide. You keep ownership of your content; you grant us the permission we need to host and publish it as your brochure.
AI Visibility Scan disclaimer
The scan is a point-in-time snapshot of how AI systems responded on the date shown; it is not a guarantee of any ranking or outcome, and AI results change constantly. We help improve how AI engines find and describe your community; we do not control third-party AI systems and do not guarantee they will name you.
Acceptable use
Use the service only for lawful purposes and for a community you’re authorized to represent. Don’t upload anything false, misleading, infringing, or unlawful, and don’t attempt to break, abuse, or interfere with the site.
Intellectual property
The Senior Living Tours name, software, design, and the tools that build your brochure belong to us. Your submitted photos and community information remain yours. We don’t claim ownership of your content.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, Senior Living Tours is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us (up to $250).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the effective date at the top. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the new terms.
